In spring 2023, we carefully blended four wine lots to create our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc. After the blending process, we found ourselves with an extra oval of wine on our hands. Initially, we considered selling it in bulk, but then we remembered how much our customers love our Chardonnay Table Wine. We figured a Sauvignon Blanc Table Wine would also be a hit. The remaining cask was produced from grapes that were grown in Block 5 in our Boonville vineyards, where we prioritize natural cultivation methods without herbicides or insecticides. Block 5 is our largest Savvy vineyard, so we had extra wine from this clone after blending our primary bottling where it contributes 36% of the total.
