Oysters with Verjus Mignonette
- 1/2 cup Verjus
- 1/4 cup peeled Fuji apples, 1/8 inch dice
- 2 tablespoons shallots, 1/8 inch dice
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Stir together and serve over 2 dozen fresh, raw, Point Reyes oysters on the half shell.
