Ganow Frattey Shams

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz Apple Brandy
3/4 oz Verjus
3/4 oz Spiced Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Muddled Apple
Club Soda Fill

Garnish:

Apple Flower

Glassware:

Collins

Preparation:

Muddle 3 apple slices in a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients except for the club soda. Shake well, and pour all ingredients into a Collins glass. Top off with club soda. Add garnish.
