TBDC Remedy
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Verjus
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 3 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- Cava Float
- Lemon Twist Flower
- Vintage Coupe
Fill mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients, except for the Cava. Shake well, and strain into coupe glass. Cava float. Add garnish.
