The Tropic Sour
- 2 oz Gold Rum
- 1/2 oz Amaro
- 3/4 oz Verjus
- 3/4 oz Orange Curacao
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Spiced Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Egg White
- Bitters Drops as Hearts
- Vintage Coupe
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass, no ice. Shake vigorously. Add ice, and shake really well again. Strain into a coupe. Add drops of bitters. Take a cocktail pick and draw a line through the bitters drops to make hearts.
