Don't wait until summer to savor rosé; this special release is a charming way to stay in the pink for holidays at home. Nighttime temperatures become remarkably chilly as harvest approaches in many of the best new world appellations for Pinot Noir. Grapes retain most of their acidity with diurnal temperature changes of 50° to 60° during ripening, which is perfect for producing world-class rosé as well as the best red wine.
Our 2020 Navarrosé is 100% Anderson Valley Pinot Noir. It is now available for less than $20 a bottle.

Jody Williams worked in Navarro's tasting room for many years until she retired. Her vineyard produced the grapes for this holiday rosé.
That wide temperature swing is just what happens in the Anderson Valley. Our 2019 rosé wine sales exceeded projections and by August 2020 we had decided to produce more rosé in the upcoming harvest. Jody Williams, friend and former member of our staff, now manages her vineyard in Boonville and we were able to purchase her 2020 Pinot Noir harvest for this rosé. Jody's late husband Steve had a devilish sense of humor and merged two words, one Spanish, to name his vineyard Helluva. The vineyard site in Boonville is warmer than Philo and the wine has a Helluva different flavor profile suggesting ripe watermelon, guava and plum with a tart, palate-cleansing finish. This may be the perfect wine for your holiday ham or brisket.
