- 8 ripe mission figs, quartered
- 4 aji cachucha chilies
- 2 Scallions, chopped
- 1/2 c Verjus
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 c Lover's Lame Farm Wild Flower Honey
- 1 Shallot, fine chopped
- 1 clove garlic, fine chopped
- pinch sea salt
- pinch ground black pepper
- 1 c grapeseed oil
