    Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced thin
  • 8 ripe mission figs, quartered
  • 4 aji cachucha chilies
  • 2 Scallions, chopped
    Viniagrette:
  • 1/2 c Verjus
  • 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 c Lover's Lame Farm Wild Flower Honey
  • 1 Shallot, fine chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, fine chopped
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 c grapeseed oil
